When Daddy Comes Marching Home Again
Dale arrived in Virginia to the accompaniment of the Manry Family Band: Josiah on Baritone, Abby on Flute, Gabe on Tambourine, and Zeke on Bongos. They played a rousing rendition of “When Johnny Comes Marching Home Again” with a slight variation of the wording. It took Dale by surprise and gave him a good laugh. Although the kids were all mortified that their mother had made them do it, they received a round of applause from everyone in baggage claim. We celebrated with a dinner of burgers and fries at 5 Guys and ice cream sundaes at Jo Jos. The long, long, terribly long year is finally over. Dale is home and we are joyous! We praise God for the safety, health, and comfort He showered upon us this year. And we thank you all so very much for all the prayers, actions, and encouragement you offered on our behalf. IT IS DONE! GOD BE PRAISED!

Dale, I am glad to see you are home and safe adn back with your family! Welcome Home Brother!
I am so glad to worship a God who gave us this good gift of Dale’s arrival back home and sustaining Margaret/kids during this last year. He teaches us in Matt 7:11 that “If you then, who are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask Him.” It helps me understand the phrase “how much more”
High five Manry clan. The global Manry cheer team just gave a collective sigh of relief.
Sir. glad to see you made it back to the states and your family safe and sound. Things just aren’t the same with you and MAJ Biddle gone. Well, change is good as they say so please enjoy the time home and thanks for the honor of serving with you. God bless and HOOAH.
