A Picture of the Heart
Last week, Zeke went to see the doctor for his Kindergarten physical. During his exam, the doctor mentioned that she heard a slight heart murmur. Therefore, Zeke will have to go see a Pediatric Cardiologist to be tested to verify that the heart murmur is innocent. Josiah had to undergo that testing when he was younger, so I was not as overly concerned this time. I began to explain to Zeke that he had to go into a machine that would take pictures of his heart and the doctors and nurses would look at the pictures. He then asked me, “Will they see God?” Not fully understanding what he was asking, I explained that “No, they won’t see God. They will see the outside and top and bottom of your heart.” He then replied, “Yeah, I think He’s in the middle.”
I love Zeke, he’s beautiful.

Thank you, Zeke for the reminder that God does live inside our hearts when we ask Him to. He is a faithful God to always stay. Mom told us you can run very fast in your new shoes. We will look forward to watching you run with Josiah and Daddy. We love you, Grandpa and Grandma
Hey manry Family- I was looking around on Facebook which eventually led to this site- How cool! It’s been ages since we caught up with each other. Remember Carolyn and Angel _ Think Carolyn gave you your first real experience with Child -rearing when she ran off the first day of children’s church in Heidelburg. We miss you all a bunch- What a beautiful family you have. Joe is still in the Army is is retiring early next year. Carolyn got married in March of this year, and Angel is getting married in January of next. both of them still love and serve the Lord- You were a part of that. Christina our oldest is away from the lord right now- but she has a tender heart and I know God will call her back soon. We will be praying for Zeke, how cute and beautiful of a prespective.
